Saved meetings may survive a maximum of 2 weeks in storage.

Server-related issues are outside of our control. In some cases, the resolution process may take multiple days, and we appreciate your patience. Any verified premium subscription–related downtime will be compensated by extending your subscription period accordingly.
Refunds are usage-based and only applicable if we fail to provide continuous premium subscription service for 2 weeks. In such cases, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
