Platform Technical Issues
We are not liable for any technical issues, service interruptions, or server-related errors originating from the platforms. Should you experience such problems, please contact the customer support of the respective platform directly for resolution.
Changes to Shared Accounts
If the platform makes changes to its product, such as restricting the number of devices that can be logged in simultaneously or enforcing other limitations, the shared account option may no longer be feasible. In such cases, we reserve the right to decide how to proceed, whether through an alternative solution or other measures. Our decision will be final and binding in such situations.
External Usage Issues
If, due to your personal circumstances, geographical restrictions, or any other external factors, you are unable to access or use the subscription service, we will not pause or extend the subscription period. This is because the platform does not offer pausing or extensions for their subscriptions in such cases.
Unauthorized Account Usage
If unauthorized users access the shared account beyond the permitted limit, causing suspension or termination of the account by the platform, we will not be held responsible for any service disruption. Our responsibility is to ensure access for authorized users only, and misuse may result in account suspension.
Account Recovery Issues
If the platform locks or deactivates the shared account for security or suspicious activity reasons, we are not liable for the time taken to recover or restore the account. Delays or disruptions caused by account recovery processes are the responsibility of the platform.
Third-Party Subscription Changes (Service Availability)
If the platform discontinues a particular subscription plan or service entirely, SubsCheap cannot guarantee continued access to that service. In such cases, we will evaluate alternative options or solutions, but the final decision regarding next steps will rest with us.
Account Inactivity Due to Policy Violations
If a user violates the terms of use or policies set forth by the platform, leading to account suspension or termination, SubsCheap is not liable for the loss of access. Users must adhere to the guidelines of each platform.
