Will file uploading work on a shared account?
It may work, but the chances of it not working are high, and file uploading is strictly not guaranteed. Especially after June 2026, stricter limits have been added on file uploads by Perplexity, making it really hard to work properly with files on a shared account.
Are all AI features, search tools, and messaging available at all times?
AI features are subject to availability and usage limits, including text messaging, file uploads, deep research, and web search. When a limit is reached, access will be temporarily unavailable until it resets. Reset times cannot be guaranteed or predicted.

Server-related issues are outside of our control. However, if there is any issue specifically related to the premium subscription, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. In some cases, the resolution process may take multiple days, and we appreciate your patience. Any verified premium subscription–related downtime will be compensated by extending your subscription period accordingly.
Refunds are usage-based and only applicable if we fail to provide continuous premium subscription service for 2 weeks. In such cases, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
