- You can use your storage, but we don’t recommend doing so. We recommend backing up your files elsewhere as well. Usually, just use the storage for your work files. This subscription is mainly for the features of Microsoft 365.

Server-related issues are outside of our control. However, if there is any issue specifically related to the premium subscription, we will make every reasonable effort to resolve it as quickly as possible. In some cases, the resolution process may take multiple days, and we appreciate your patience. Any verified premium subscription–related downtime will be compensated by extending your subscription period accordingly.
Refunds are usage-based and only applicable if we fail to provide continuous premium subscription service for 2 weeks. In such cases, you may request a refund for the unused portion of your subscription.
